Eggnog is an undeniably wonderful part of the Christmas season (fat content aside, because we’ve decided that that isn’t really very important at all). Another love of ours is ice-blended anything. Thus the birth of this cocktail. It’s easy to make, but requires a little bit of preparation ahead of time.

Freeze eggnog in an ice cube tray. One tray makes four small cocktails. Add the eggnog cubes to the blender, and about 4 oz. of bourbon to blend. Once blended, pour into glasses, top with cinnamon, and enjoy!
